"Ethan quite literally saved us! Our EV got stuck to the charging station. (The cord got stuck in the port) Ethan advised us that he wasn’t very familiar with EVa but proceeded to spend HOURS with us. He was such a life saver as the car was shutting down and it was 29 degrees out. He broke the cord fee from the car, towed us (going back to his office to get a different truck), got us to a warm diner & was just SO calm, kind & helpful.
